Infoniqa ONE 50 Accounts Receivable Interface
Our time tracking solution, TimeStatement, provides an intuitive and easy-to-use interface with Infoniqa ONE 50 (formerly Sage 50 Extra), an external financial accounting software. This allows you to export invoices created in TimeStatement to the Infoniqa ONE 50 financial accounting with just a few clicks.
The export to Infoniqa ONE 50 is enabled through the albatross REST-API.
When you start the Infoniqa ONE 50 interface in TimeStatement, the corresponding booking data is transferred online to the albatross interface. The TimeStatement to Infoniqa ONE 50 interface, a crucial part of our time tracking solution, is offered by us at no additional cost. A valid license from albatross is required on your part. Please contact your Infoniqa ONE 50 advisor to obtain the API key and license.

Activation of the Infoniqa ONE 50 API - albatross
Click on "Administration / Settings / Plugins". Afterwards you can add the Infoniqa ONE 50 interface under "Add plugin" to TimeStatement.
Plugin Settings
After activating the Infoniqa ONE 50 API, you can click on it to set up settings such as the mapping of tax codes. Click on "Save" once you are done with the configuration.
Setting up Debtor
Please enter the corresponding PK-No. (Infoniqa debtor customer number) for each customer in TimeStatement, so that they can be transferred correctly.
Transfer invoices to Infoniqa ONE 50
Click on the "Export" button, and the dialog shown below will appear. Now select the desired period for the export. The list of invoices to be exported is displayed accordingly below.
IMPORTANT: Only invoices marked as "sent" will be displayed. Then simply click on "Export", and TimeStatement will make the bookings in Infoniqa ONE 50:
